It is quite common that many are being killed through the road accidents in India; mainly due to the reckless driving and the overcrowded road with people. While growing up in India, I have watched the terrible high speed of the Minister’s state cars. There must be a state laws that the Minister’s cars must keep up with the speed laws of each State. They need not have to travel in double speed with any special "speeding privilege", which is the blind imitation of the British bureaucracy. Deepest condolences to the bereaved families.
