Rajasthan: Class 12 girl raped by school director, teacher; forced to abort, now battling for life

Rajasthan, Sep 18, 2017 : Taking the student-teacher relationship to a new low, a school director and a teacher allegedly raped a Class 12 student repeatedly and forced her to undergo an abortion in Rajasthan’s Sikar district.

 

The girl is in a critical condition following excessive bleeding and has been referred to a hospital in Jaipur.

The blood-curdling episode took place at the Janta Bal Niketan School in Ajeetgarh police station area of Sikar district.

According to the information accessed so far, the director of the school, Jagdish, and a teacher, Jagat Singh, were allegedly raping a Class 12 student over a period of time.

When the two came to know that the girl was pregnant, they allegedly took her to a private hospital in Shahpura area and made her abort the child. Subsequently, they sent her home.

Thereafter, the girl suffered excessive bleeding and was taken to the local hospital in Ajeetgarh.

At the hospital, the girl’s family was told that the reason behind her excessive bleeding was the abortion surgery she underwent recently.

With her condition not improving, the girl was referred to a hospital in Jaipur.

A case has been filed against the two accused at the police station in Ajeetgarh. Police have launched a searched for the school director and teacher.
