According to sources from Kasturba Marg police station, Tiwari escaped with valuable courier packages which had mobile phones, accessories and electronic instruments, while he was going to deliver them on November 27.

Tiwari received all these packages from the office of Blue Dart, which is in Carter Road No 6 at Borivli (east) and he was supposed to deliver the goods to destinations in Dahisar, Mira Road and Bhayander.

The courier company registered a complaint on Sunday in the Kasturba Marg police station. In their statement to the police, Blue Dart has said that Tiwari had been working with their company since the last three months. He went on a month’s leave to visit his native place, Jaunpur in UP. Tiwari resumed duty on November 26 and went for deliveries the next day, when he disappeared.
