Jammu: 32 BSF posts engaged in cross-fire with Pakistani troops

Kashmir , Jan 20, 2018 : At least 32 Border Security Force (BSF) posts along the International Border in Jammu and Kashmir have been retaliating to ceasefire violation by Pakistani troops since last night.

According to reports, the Indian troops in a befitting reply gunned down around eight Pakistan Army personnel across the border in Shakargarh and Sialkot areas of Pakistan.

The cross-border fire is still being reported from Jammu districts - Arnia, Suchetgarh, RS Pura, Pargwal, Kana Chak village, Gharkhal (Akhnoor).

One civilian caught in the cross-fire has sustained injuries in the Kana Chak village.

The Pakistani rangers are using mortar shells to target BSF posts and even civilian areas.
