15 crore Muslims will be tough on 100 crore: AIMIM leader Waris Pathan sparks controversy

New Delhi, Feb 20, 2020:  AIMIM leader Waris Pathan has hit out at those who have objected to Muslims protesting against the government and said members of the Muslim community may be as less as 15 crore but they can give a fitting reply to the majority community if needed.

 

In a video of the address at a public event, the former Byculla MLA can be seen saying now it’s just the Muslim women who have rattled the entire country but when the entire community comes together, it will have a bigger impact.

"They tell us that we have kept our women in the forefront. I want to tell these people, only the lionesses have come out and you are already sweating. You can understand what would happen if all of us come together. We are just 15 crore but can be a bigger force than the 100 crore majority population," AIMIM spokesperson Waris Pathan.

He also said that the minority community is very much capable of snatching "your azaadi".
