Thumbay Group bags ‘Best Service Performance Outlet’

September 24, 2016, Ajman (UAE):A host of Thumbay Group’s businesses, which includes Thumbay Pharmacy, Body & Soul and the retail division, were recognised as the ’Best Service Performance Outlet’ for their pursuit of excellence in 2016 by the Department of Economic Development (DED) during a ceremonial event on September 22, 2016 at the InterContinental Dubai Festival City-Dubai.

General Director of DED, His Excellency Sami Al Qamzi, awarded the trophies tothree business verticals-Body and Soul, Thumbay Pharmacy and the retail division, as a part of appreciation in the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme customer service week – Bazaar programme. The Dubai Service Excellence Scheme is DED’s initiative to promote competitiveness and quality of service.
