Qatar: Tulu Parba on April 29

Qatar, Apr 23: Tulu Koota Qatar, an affiliated body to Indian Cultural Center, (ICC) will hold its Annual Day Celebration - Tulu Parba 2011 on 29th April 2011, Friday at Al Ghazal Club from 3.30 PM onwards.

The event will focus the rich culture of Tulunadu by presenting variety of entertainments from the Koota members. A live musical show will be staged by the well known tulu artists Ms. Jyothsna and Mr. Sandesh who will fly all the way from Mangalore to perform the show.

The well known personality from Tulu region Dr. Prof. M. Shantharam Shetty M.S (Orth) FRCS, FACS, the Vice Chancellor of NITTE University and the Chairman of Tejasvini Hospital, Mangalore, will be the special guest of the event.

Mr. M. R, Qureshi, the 1st Secretary to the Indian Embassy of Qatar will be the chief guest, while Mr. M. Ravi Shetty, The Golden Sponsor of the Event, and the Managing Director of Advanced Technical Services, Qatar (ATS) will be the guest of honor.

The President of the forum Mr. Ramachandra Shetty and the Cultural Secretary Ms. Archana Shetty have jointly requested all the tulu expatriate community members to join this Tulu Nadu Parba to inhale the loveliness of the region.
