Magical Yakshagana performance presented by ‘Yakshamitraru’ mesmerizes the people of Dubai

Dubai, June 14, 2015: The Magical Yakshagana performance presented by Yakshamitraru comprising of mythological episodes was held at Sheikh Rashid auditorium of Indian High School at Karama on Friday June 12.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 The local artists who performed under the umbrella of ’Yakshamitraru’ outshined with their breath-taking dancing capability and acting prowess. The people witnessed a historic event and were impressed with the exceptional performance.

Prior to the stage programme, ranga puje was performed which gave a remarkable beginning. The lightning of the lamp was performed under the guidance of Vasudeva Bhat, the Mangaging director of Acme Building Materails, Harish Sherigar, Praveen Shetty of Fortune Group of Hotels , Harish Bangera, Premnath Shetty.

Patla Sathish Shetty, popularly known as Bhagawath of Kateel Mela won the heart of the everyone with his superlative rendering of Yakshagana stanza in an authentic way, he has great fan following in Gulf.

Padyana Chaitanya Krishna, held the grip of zest of everyone with her magnetic chanda performance.

Both the artists Akshay Kumar Marnad and Padyana, who brilliantly performed in the roles of Mohini and Draupadu, were felicitated on behalf of Yakshamitraru in the presence of Dignitaries and audience.

Harish Sherigar of Acme, Praveen Shetty of Furtune Group, Sathish Venkataramana of Chilli Villi, Satish Poojary of Duibai Billavas, Harish Banegera, Premnath Shetty, Sathish Mayya, Raghuram Shetty, Vasu Shetty, Gunasheela Shetty, Chidanand Poojary and others accorded the felicitation.

The ’Yakshamitraru’ team, who have presented number of Yakshagana programme in the past, has once again proved they can thrive and captive an audience with the mesmerizing performance.
