Kuwait, Dec 18, 2013 : Dr.Surendra Nayak Kapadi,a  young and energetic community leader of the GSB community in Kuwait has been unanimously selected as the new President of the GSB Sabha Kuwait  for the year 2014 – 2015 during the annual day function held at Waffra farm house in Kuwait. Dr.Surendra Nayak Kapadi has been an active & founder member of 10 year old GSB Sabha Kuwait.

The annual day celebration commenced with a prayer followed by a welcome note by the advisory committee member  Haridas Acharya. The election was  successfully conducted by returning officer Rajaram Pai Kateel.


 Newly elected   president Dr.Surendra Nayak Kapadi welcomed the gathering  on behalf of  Management Committee. He requested full cooperation from members and assured them of his best efforts for the unity and continuity of the good work.

Newly elected president thanked the program sponsor Gokuldas Bhat Belthangady. The programme was followed by cultural events organized by Sudesh Nayak Karopadi, Shirva Shantharam Pai,Rajaram Nayak Mudarangadi,Dinesh Pai,Vishwanath Prabhu Palimar,Shasidhar Bhandary Belthangady,Devaraj Pai Cochin & Manjunath Kudva Panemangalore.

Other newly elected office bearers are : Vice President –P. Anil Prabhu Pulkeri, General Secretary - Srinivas Prabhu Hangalur, Joint Secretary -  Jagadheeshwar Shanboghue, Honorary Treasurer -Ramananda Kamath, internal auditor –Dinesh Kamath Mulki and PRO – Manjeshwar Mohandas Kamath. He expressed his gratitude to GSB Sabha Kuwait for giving an opportunity to serve the community.
