Konkani community of St Danial Comboni Parish hosts Christmas party

Kuwait, Dec 31, 2013: A Christmas party was hosted by the Konkani community of St Danial Comboni Parish, Abbasiya at the Indian Central School (ICS) Auditorium recently.
Fr Noel D’Almeida, Fr Roshan Rosario, Sr Serena, Sr Lenita Lobo and Sr Philomena were present as chief guests. A Christmas cake was cut and Fr Roshan Rosario gave the Christmas message.
A Christmas Tableau depicting the birth of Jesus, directed by Mabel Suvarna was presented on the occasion.
Noted Konkani singer Rony D’Cunha and his wife Jasmine D’Cunha were honoured on the occasion.
A variety of dance performance entertained the audience. Melodious songs by Rony D’Cunha, Jasmine D’Cunha, Morvine Quadras, Maxy Pinto, Jeswin D’Cunha and Alyn Mendonca also mesmerized the gathering.
Fr Noel D’Almeida offered the grace before meal. A grand dinner was served to the gathering.
