The first day recorded a remarkable 4,000 footfalls while the concluding day notched 2,000 footfalls, which is not a mean feat by any standard.

The two-day property exhibition “India Property Fest” at the Emirates Palace was inaugurated by Dr B R Shetty, managing director of NMC Group. Mr. Sudhir Shetty, COO of UAE Exchange was also present on the occasion.

Many prestigious realtors from India like Indya Estate, Lodha Group, Kanakia, Godrej, TATA Realty, L&T, Sobha Developers, Puravankara, Provident, Goel Ganga, Rustumjee, Ansal Housing, Ozone Group, Supertech, Sattwa, Artha, Emgee Group and may others participated in the Fest.

The participating realtors engaged and wowed their NRI audiences in Dubai showcasing not just their credentials but a plethora of premium home projects to meet virtually every budget and aspiration; small and big.

In a nutshell, IPF 2014, an event that has become the talk of Abu Dhabi and a much-awaited Fest every year in the UAE, had audiences in a spell.

This is definitely one Property Fest that bridges geographic and cultural divide and cements lasting relationships in ‘concrete’ terms with property sellers and buyers.
