4. Exercise regularly

A healthy diet can help you manage the cancer side effects, recover quicker, and improve your health as well. It may also lower your future risk of cancer. You should include vegetables in every meal, fibre-rich foods, probiotic and prebiotic foods, less red meat, etc.
