October 16, 2021: Earlier this month, a Tamil Nadu Foresters’ team successfully reunited a baby elephant with its mother. The video went quite viral and was a wholesome watch. Now, another photograph of the calf has emerged on social media that is once again making people say aww.

The picture, shared on Twitter by IFS officer Parveen Kaswan, shows the rescued baby elephant hugging a forest officer with its tiny trunk. If that isn’t adorable, then we don’t know what is!

The post has accumulated over 12,400 likes since being shared on October 14. The cute baby elephant melted everyone’s hearts and the comments section proves so.
