May 12, 2026: When it comes to geek culture’s biggest stage aka Comic Con, you expect the fashion to lean towards capes and spandex. But at Comic Con India 2026, Tamannaah Bhatia decided to give us a hotter version of super heroes, thanks to a high-street collaboration.

For the stage, Tamannaah chose to wear pieces from the highly anticipated H&M x Stella McCartney collection. The hero of the outfit was undoubtedly the Crystal-Star Straight-Leg Jeans. Retailing at ₹8,999, these aren’t your average blues. The jeans feature bold, geometric cut-outs at the hips, intricately laced with shimmering crystals. It’s a daring take on the “visible hip" trend, executed with McCartney’s signature sustainable-meets-glam aesthetic.

To keep the look grounded and “Con-ready," she paired the high-glam denim with a crisp printed T-Shirt. Priced at a budget-friendly ₹699, the tee features minimalist French typography. Styled by Lakshmi Lehr, Tamannaah added a personal twist to the runway look. She knotted the t-shirt at the waist, transforming the basic tee into a crop top to highlight the crystal detailing on her waistline.

She also layered a gold chain necklace with a cross-pendant with the tee, adding a bit of rockstar edge. Her hair was kept in voluminous, effortless waves, while makeup artist Sonam gave her a soft matte lip and a subtle winged liner that let her natural glow take the spotlight.

About The H&M X Stella McCartney Collection

At its core, this collection is a testament to material innovation. By integrating recycled inputs and alternative feedstocks—like agricultural waste and recycled oils—into coated fabrics, the collaboration pushes the boundaries of sustainable fashion. The cotton used consists of certified regenerative fibers, while the wool adheres to the Responsible Wool Standard. Even the finer details have been reimagined, featuring decorative beads crafted from recycled glass.
