Boycott Pathaan trends on Twitter after netizens object to SRK, Deepika Padukone’s Besharam Rang

New Delhi, Dec 15, 2022: Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s Besharam Rang from Pathaan is the talk of the town. While a section of netizens lauded SRK and Deepika’s chemistry, another took to boycotting the film.

 With ‘Boycott Pathaan’ trending on Twitter, some are of the opinion that Bollywood is facing bankruptcy of ideas, while others compared to film to Kantara.

BOYCOTT PATHAAN TRENDS ON TWITTER

Yet another film has become a subject of Twitter’s boycott trend. Soon after the first single from Pathaan, Besharam Rang was unveiled on Monday, a section of netizens started the ‘Boycott Pathaan’ trend on Twitter. Some shared a screenshot of a particular scene from the song where Deepika is seen wearing a saffron-coloured outfit and SRK holding her from the back. Others compared Pathaan to Kantara. Yet another section of netizens blamed Bollywood’s lack of ideas.

ABOUT PATHAAN

Pathaan will hit big screens on January 25, 2023. Besides Shah Rukh Khan, the film also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. The multi-starrer film is directed by Siddharth Anand. The film is said to be a high-octane action film. Salman Khan will make a cameo appearance in the film.
