Paryaya “horekanike” to commence on Friday

Udupi, Jan 7: Jayakara Shetty, the chief secretary of the Paryaya Welcome Committee, informed during a press conference, that the Paryaya “horekanike” will commence on Jan 8, Friday. 

Individuals and organizations from different parts of Karnataka will offer “horekanike” in the form of grain, pulses, vegetables, jaggery, and so on during these days, he said. 

Rathnakumar, who is also the chief secretary of the Paryaya Welcome Committee, Vrujanath Acharya, Eshwar Shetty, and Nithyananda Olakadu were also present during the press conference.
