ZP CEO Dr. Vijayaprakash flags off mobile court

Mangalore, Nov 23, 2012: Dr. K. N. Vijaya Prakash, CEO of Zilla Panchayath, flagged off the mobile janatha court in the court complex premises on Nov 23, Friday.

Organized jointly by the DK District Legal Service Authority, DK district administration, DK Zilla Panchayat, Mangalore Bar Association, Woman and Child Development Corporation, Transport Department, and others, the taluk-level legal literacy chariot and mobile janatha court bears the purpose of providing legal knowledge to the general public.

Among those present at the flagging off ceremony were S. P. Changappa, president of the Mangalore Bar Association, DC N. S. Channappa Gowda, MCC Commissioner Harish Kumar, CWC President Asha Nayak, ACP G. V. Subrahmanya, and others.

The janatha court will travel all over the city in the following four days.
