Youth urged to derive inspiration from Swami Vivekananda

Mangalore, Aug 18, 2013:  Swami Vivekananda is a great patriot saint who  continues to inspire the youth, said P Subrahmanya Yadapadittaya, Registrar of Mangalore University.

He was speaking after inaugurating a seminar organised by the Swami Vivekananda 150th Birthday Celebration Committee at the auditorium of SDM College of Business Management on August 18, Sunday.

Yadapadittaya further stated that Swami Vivekananda strongly believed that  a strong nation could be built on the foundation of  universal brotherhood, spirituality and perfection. His thoughts on women’s education, science and technology have inspired not only Indians but people across the globe, Yadapadittya said and urged youngsters to know more about the life and ideals of Swami Vivekananda.
