Youth stabbed by unidentified assailants in Ullal

Mangalore, June 24, 2014:  A youth was stabbed by two persons at Mogaveerapatna in  Ullal police station limits on June 23, Monday night. The seriously injured youth identified as Ummar Farooq (38) of Ullalkodi  has been admitted to Netaji Hospital near Thokkottu.

 

 

 

The incident occurred at around 11 pm when  Farooq  was heading in his bike to drop a friend at Mogaveerapatna. The  assailants have  inflicted stab injuries on his chest, right arm and other parts of the body.

A personal enmity is suspected to be the reason behind the attack.  Ullal police are investigating.
