Youth booked under POCSO for harassing school girl

Vittal, Sep 29, 2023: A POCSO case has been registered against a youth from Peruvai  for harassing a minor girl.

 

It is learnt, the youth has been stalking the girl from Kepu who is a ninth standard students since the past few days and was even pestering her to give her mobile number. He also reportedly asked her to sit in his bike and even warned the girl against divulging the matter before anyone.

The terrified girl informed her teachers who in turn informed her parents who lodged a police complaint.
