Young bike rider returning after Eid prayers dies in mishap

Mangalore, July 29, 2014:  A bike rider  met a tragic end when his two-wheeler collided against a speeding  tipper  near the check post in Bajpe police station limits on July 29, Tuesday.

 

 

The deceased has been identified as Zakir, a resident of Karambar. Eyewitnesses  said the tipper was over speeding in a haste to overtake a KSRTC bus.

The mishap took place when Zakir  was  returning after offering Eid prayers at a mosque. Bajpe police have registered a case.
