Yellur youth alleges assault by 7 member gang

Udupi, Feb 28,2017 : A youth identified as Munaf from Yellur  has alleged that he was attacked by a gang of seven men  while he was on way to Padubidri from Yellur on February 25, Sunday.

Munaf  who has got himself admitted to Ajjarkad Government hospital on Monday,  following chest pain, alleged that he had to run  in order to save him from the attackers who had intercepted him. He has even identified three of them as Prasad, Sharan and Kiran.

It may be mentioned here that Padubidri remains tense  after a truck driver was assaulted on  Saturday. Meanwhile, the light on the gate of Mudarangady mosque was also damaged by some miscreants on Sunday.
