Viral fever on rise in children in DK

Mangaluru, Aug 09, 2022: Increasing cases of viral fever in children are reported of late in the district. Along with fever, boils also develop on the body. In such cases children must remain at home until they are cured as the viral fever is highly contagious. However, there is no need for panic, said District Health Officer Dr Kishore Kumar.

 

Dengue cases are also seeing a rise and until July end a total of 203 cases  of Dengue were reported in the district .
