Vincent Pala discusses minority welfare issues with J. R. Lobo

Mangalore, Sep 11, 2012 : Vincent Pala, state minister for minority affairs and water resources, who visited Mangalore for the first time on September 9, Sunday discussed a number of issues with Congress member J. R. Lobo, who is also the former MCC commissioner.

J. R. Lobo and Mr. Pala discussed a number of issues regarding the development of minority communities, and Mr. Lobo made a list of projects that the city requires.

Mr. Pala spoke about the steps taken by the government for the development of North East Indian students and the people of Mangalore. He also promised that he would support minority welfare projects.

Rachana President Roy Castelino, Canara Chamber of Commerce President Mohammed Amin, Congress leader Denis D’Silva, and many others were present.
