Vajradehi Mutt honours outstanding personalities

Mangalore, Jan 5, 2014: Five outstanding personalities were felicitated   on behalf of the Vajradehi Mutt, Gurupura  on January 4, Saturday on the occasion of the Vajradehi Jaathre.

Those honoured were  Dr Rajesh Rai Paltaje (Education),  K Suresh Bhandari, Mumbai(Social Service), Chandrahas Kadri (theatre), Vedamurthi Anantha Upadhyaya ( religious field) and Hasini of Udupi.

The function was graced by several dignitaries including Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP, Sri Rajashekharananda Swamiji of Gurupura Vajradehi Math, Ajith Kumar Rai Maladi, President of Buntara Mathra Sangha,  Vijayanath Vittal Shetty, entrepreneur and social worker and  Rudramuni Mahaswami.
