
Mangalore, Aug 6, 2013: The 12-day Mumbai Express rally, the ultimate autorickshaw adventure arrived in Mangalore on August 6, Tuesday. The rally was flagged off from the Mallikatta Government Higher Primary School where it halted. Mangalore Round Table-115 are the organizers of the rally in the city.
Dane D’Souza, Chairman of the Round Table, Ajeeth Kumar, Convenor, Deepak Ramani, Pramod Pinto and others flagged off the rally in Mangalore.
Earlier, the rally was flagged off in Mumbai on July 29 and intends to reach Chennai on August 29. The rally has already covered Alibagh, Pune, Mahabaleshwar, Ratnagiri, Panaji and Mangalore and will travel to Mysore, Bangalore and Vellore before concluding at Chennai.
The participants of the rally hail from UK, New Zealand, Germany and Australia. Travelling on Indian roads is adventurous for the rallyists who also organize fun contests.
