Udupi district records 19.94% progress in Social and Educational Survey

Udupi, Oct 1, 2025: The Social and Educational Survey in Udupi district has recorded a progress of 19.94%, according to Deputy Commissioner T.K. Swaroopa.

Out of the 3,55,771 households equipped with electricity meters and geo-tagged by MESCOM using stickers, 70,971 have been surveyed so far. A total of 3,158 enumerators are currently engaged in the data collection process, she said in a statement on Tuesday.

Citizens can also participate in the survey voluntarily by logging on to https://kscbcselfdeclaration.karnataka.gov.in, The Deputy Commissioner urged the public to make use of the online facility.

During house visits, family members are required to provide their Aadhaar numbers, which enumerators will verify to ensure they are linked to active mobile numbers.

The survey, which began on September 22, will continue until October 7.
