Udupi: Several injured in a bus accident on Nittur highway

Udupi, Nov 30, 2013: Several persons along with school children were injured when two buses moving in the same direction collided with each other on the highway at Nittur on November 30, Saturday.

According to the eyewitness, bus moving from Brahmavar stopped in between the Highway to let the passengers out, while another bus moving on the same direction in a bid to over takes rammed into each other.

 

 

 

At the same time, a trailer moving from Brahmavar carrying new cars also rammed to the rear end of second bus. The injured passengers are taken to Hi-Tech hospital for medical treatment.

Udupi traffic police have registered a case.
