Udupi: Posing as customers 2 women steal gold bangles from jewellery showroom

Udupi, Nov 25, 2021: Four gold bangles worth Rs 3 lakhs were stolen from a reputed jewellery store in Udupi.  The  branch manager of Sulthan Diamonds & Gold has lodged a complaint with the Udupi town police station stating that two  burqa clad women who entered the showroom posing as customers were behind the  theft.

 

The two had approached the salesman stating they wished to  buy gold bangles and reportedly escaped with four bangles  worth Rs 3 lakhs  by diverting the attention of the salesman.
