Udupi: Man killed in road accident near Gundmi Toll Plaza

Udupi, Feb 28, 2021: A 45-year-old man was killed in a head-on collision between a bike and a car on national highway near Gundmi Ambagilu at Sastan near udupi on Sunday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Subhash Amin (45), a resident of Kota Bannady.

According to the sources, a priest from a church was on his way to Udupi from Kundapur in his car. The bike suddenly entered the highway from the service road and hit the priest’s car. The Bike rider being thrown to the road and died on the spot.

Kota police SI Santhosh BP visited the spot and investigation is on.
