Udupi : Hotelier from Kadiyali ends life

Udupi, July 07, 2020:    A hotelier from Kadiyali has reportedly committed suicide by jumping into a well at Hiriadka on July 6, Monday evening. The deceased is Raghavendra Bhat (48). He was  the owner of Hotel Shivasagar in Kadiyali.

The reason behind his extreme step is not known.   He had chosen to end his life by jumping into the well  at his brother’s house at Hiriadka. Bhat had contested the CMC election from the Congress last time, but had  lost the election. He had later joined BJP.

The deceased  also used to arrange tiger dance contests during Janmashtami through Om Friends Kadiyali.

A case has been registered in  Hiriadka police station.
