Udupi: 2 students critically injured as car hits electric pole

Udupi, March 16, 2013 : Two students sustained serious injuries after the car in which they were travelling hit against an electric pole late night on March 15, Friday near Kadiyali on Udupi-Manipal Road.

 

 

The mishap is learnt to have taken place after the driver lost control over his vehicle. The injured students have been identified as Rakshith Madappa and Sanath both from MGM College and hailing from Sagar.

The injured have been admitted to KMC Hospital, Manipal. The car has been badly mangled due to the impact of the collision. Udupi town police have registered a case.
