Two Hearing and Speech-Impaired Women Reported Missing in Puttur

Puttur, Oct 12, 2025: A case has been registered at the Puttur Rural Police Station after two young women were reported missing from the area. The missing persons have been identified as Monisha (23) of Innamogru, Puttur, and Divya (20) of Pandavapura, Mandya. Both were employed at the same organisation in Mandya.

According to reports, the duo had visited Monisha’s house four days ago and have not been seen since. It is learnt that both women are hearing and speech impaired.

Police have launched a search operation to trace their whereabouts.
