Traffic cop rewarded for humanitarian deed

Mangaluru, Nov 10, 2022: Head Constable Sampath Bangera attached to the Traffic West Police Station who won praise for his humanitarian deed on Wednesday while on duty,  was presented a certificate of appreciation by City Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar.

 

Sampath who was on duty near the Mini Vidhana Saudha  on noticing an  unidentified man lying motionless on the roadside had   immediately made arrangements  to shift the body to the hospital.  The Constable’s act  also received wide acclaim on social media.

On Thursday, City Police Commissioner Shashi Kumar  along with DCP Anshu Kumar honoured Sampath Bangera and praised his dedication to duty.
