Three Belagavi based criminals arrested in Kukke Subrahmanya

Kadaba, Sep 6, 2026: Kukke Subrahmanya police have arrested three alleged criminals from Belagavi who had been absconding for a month in connection with multiple cases, including robbery and honeytrapping.

The accused were wanted in cases registered under Harugeri police station limits in Belagavi district. Acting on information that the trio had arrived in Kukke Subrahmanya, local police launched an operation to track them down.

With the help of local residents and autorickshaw drivers, police barricaded the road near the Kumaradhara river by positioning vehicles across it. They intercepted the Toofan vehicle carrying the suspects and arrested all three.

A Belagavi police team that had arrived in Subrahmanya to apprehend the accused took them into custody and transported them to Belagavi for further investigation and legal proceedings.
