He also said that today the police department and politicians are behind the high influencial family of Dharmasthala wearing turbans. The deities of Dharmasthala will surely curse the family for their negative activities.

Thimarody said that the government which has not taken up any development in the Sowjanya rape and murder case from past 13 months, has changed its decision after receiving a letter from Dr Veerendra Heggade demanding CBI probe. This shows that whole government and police department are the puppets in his hands.

If Government does not appoint sincere CBI officials in the Sowjanya case then common youths will have to become naxals to fulfill their demands, he said.

Thimarody said that the family has sent the people to kill him and his supporters and ultimately close the case. If he kills one Mahesh Shetty, thousands of Mahesh Shetty will take birth, he warned.

Speaking on people spreading rumours about him of taking the amount of Rs 30 crore and still fighting since it is not sufficient, Thimarody said that if Dr Heggade wishes can give the amount of Rs 30 crore and he will happily accept it and conduct many such protests in various places.

People would still respect Dr Heggade and worship him like a ‘talking Manjunatha’, if he would help the poor families in giving justice. We know to purchase and keep the sword, but do not know to use it, but the god and time will teach us to use it, when we have to protect ourselves and our family. Unless Sowjanya case and other unnatural deaths do not get justice, we will not allow the Heggade family to sleep happily.

Thimarody said and warned of bloodshed if the government fails to heed to the demand.

Sri Esha Vittaldasa Swamiji of Kemar Sandeepani Ashram made it clear that the protest was not against any individual or Kshetra but was targeted against the real culprits who committed the heinous act.

Kusumavathi, mother of Sowjanya, in her address, made an ardent request to the gathering to support them in their fight for justice. She also said they were being constantly followed by some elements wherever they went.

Social activist Vishnumurthi Bhat, Sowjanya’s father Chandappa Gowda, Devanand, Dr Harale and others were present.
