Thieves target house at Gundibailu; steal gold worth over Rs 3 lakhs

Udupi, Nov 18, 2021: Thieves who broke into a house at Gundibailu have decamped with jewellery worth over Rs 3 lakhs. The house behind Gundibail Jumadikatte  belonged to Babu Acharya.

 

 

Acharya   who had built a new house in front of his old house, used to stay in the old house during day time and  spend the night at the new house.

Thieves who broke into the old house when the occupants were in the new house have stolen gold and silver valuables worth over Rs  3 lakhs apart from original  land documents of the elder brother of the house owner.
