Thieves target 3 shops in Pumpwell ; manage to burgle medical store

Mangalore, July 18, 2013 : Thieves who broke into the Citipoint Medicals near Pumpwell Junction in Mangalore on the night of July 17, Wednesday have decamped with a cash of Rs 10,000. Probably, the same gang  had also broke open a wine shop and the  Juice Palace in the same area but could not find anything valuable to steal.

 

 Thieves gained entry into the medical shop by breaking open the shutter lock. The thefts came to light on July 18, Thursday morning when the owners and staff arrived to open the shops as usual.

Kankanady Rural Police are investigating.
