Thieves steal property worth Rs. 11.5 lakh

Puttur, Sep 5, 2012 : A gang of thieves broke into a house near the old check post in Mudipu and stole Rs. 35,000 and 45 sovereigns of gold.

 

Ummer Kunhi, the owner of the house, says that the thieves have stolen property worth Rs. 11.5 lakh.

The house could have been broken into on the night of Monday as it was empty.

The Mudipu police have registered a case.
