Thieves burgle house at Katapady

Padubidri, Nov 4, 2013 : Thieves who broke into a house at Katapady on November 3, Sunday night have decamped with jewellery weighing four sovereigns  and  a cash of about Rs 5000.

 The theft occurred  in the house of one Mansoor ali Fakir Saheb of Enagudde village. The thieves gained entry into the house by breaking open the kitchen doors. They then ransacked two almirahs after breaking them open and looted the cash and valuables.

The police who immediately swung into action  launched a search for the thieves,but could only find an abandoned Pulsar bike  near Subhashnagar Sarakarigudde.
