Technical snag: Air India Express flight finally takes off after 12 hour delay

Mangaluru, July 11, 2023: An Air India Express flight to Dubai which did not take off from the Mangaluru International Airport on Monday night due to a technical snag, finally departed on July 11, Tuesday afternoon. Passengers of the flight had remained stranded at the airport the entire night resulting in hardship.

 

The flight which was supposed to take off at 11 pm took off at 12.20 pm on Tuesday.   A total of 161 passengers were in the flight and as many as seven passengers had departed in other flights.

The passengers had even taken the airport officials to task for the inordinate delay in the departure of the flight.
