Team Mangalore to participate in first Dubai International Kite Festival

Mangalore, Jan 16: Internationally acclaimed kite flying teams from all over the world, such as the David Gomberg Kite team from USA, Team Mangalore from India, Buhamai Kite Team from Kuwait, and others will participate in the first Dubai International Kite Festival, hosted by the 16th Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF).

The kite festival will be held on Jan 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., featuring kite fliers from all over the world. Besides displays of huge kites, the festival will include workshops enabling people to learn everything they need to know about kite making and kite flying.

A performance by Dubai Drums, various DJs and RJs will form the highlights of the event.
