Tamil Nadu CM Joseph Vijay arrives in Mangaluru en route to Kollur Mookambika Temple

Mangaluru, Jun 12, 2026: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay arrived at Mangaluru International Airport on Friday afternoon by a special flight en route to Kollur.

Vijay, who is visiting Karnataka for the first time after assuming office as Chief Minister, was received on behalf of the Karnataka government by Health and Family Welfare Minister U.T. Khader. Additional Deputy Commissioner Raju K. was also present on the occasion.

A large number of fans gathered outside the airport to catch a glimpse of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister as he exited the terminal. Tight security arrangements had been put in place in and around the airport premises as a precautionary measure.

From the airport, Vijay proceeded by road to the renowned Kollur Shri Mookambika Temple in Udupi district.
