Udupi, Jun 11, 2026: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay is scheduled to visit the Kollur Sri Mookambika Temple on June 12.
According to sources, Vijay will arrive at Mangaluru International Airport on a special flight at 12.30 pm and will then proceed to Kollur by road. He is expected to reach the temple at around 3 pm, where he will offer special prayers to the presiding deity.
Given Vijay’s popularity and Z-plus security cover, a large number of fans are expected to gather at key junctions along the route to catch a glimpse of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister.
The Tamil Nadu CID Security Division has requested the Karnataka Police to make necessary arrangements for traffic regulation and to ensure adequate security during the visit.
Several former Tamil Nadu Chief Ministers, including M.G. Ramachandran, Janaki Ramachandran and Jayalalithaa, had visited the Kollur Sri Mookambika Temple to seek the blessings of Goddess Mookambika after assuming office.
