Suspected murder case: Man found dead in well at Kuntikan

Mangalore, Feb 9, 2014: A person hailing from Kuntikan in Mangalore was found dead in a well near his house at Barebail near Kuntikan on February 9, Sunday. Police suspect this to be a case of murder as stab injury marks were found in his body.

 

The deceased is Antony Pinto(49). According to family sources, Pinto was missing after dinner on Saturday night. His family made a futile search for him the whole night. The body was found in a well belonging to a neighbour.

Antony is survived by his wife and two daughters. Urva police are investigating the case.
