Suratkal Fazil murder case: HC grants bail to 2 accused

Mangaluru, Aug 22, 2023: The State High Court has granted bail to two of the accused in the case of murder of Fazil of Mangalapete in Suratkal.

 

Those granted bail are Srinivas H, identified as the fifth accused and Ajith Crasta, the seventh accused who is facing charges of providing car for the accused to flee after the murder.

It may be recalled here that Fazil was hacked to death in Suratkal on the night of July 28, 2022 by assailants. Police had arrested a total of seven accused in the case.
