Sullia youth drowns in sea at Pondicherry

Sullia, Nov 06, 2023: A youth from Panja in Sullia taluk, who was employed in Bengaluru, has drowned in the sea at Pondicherry while having a merry time with his friends.

 

The deceased is Bipin, son of Gopal of Chidgallu in Panja Kootkunja. Bipin who worked for a private company in Bengaluru had been with friends to Pondicherry on Saturday. The friends had gone to the beach when Bipin reportedly drowned.

The body was retrieved on Sunday. Bipin is survived by his parents and sister.
