Sullia: Lorry overturns near Devarakolli, driver escapes unhurt

Sullia, Nov 20, 2025: A lorry overturned near Devarakolli on Wednesday after the driver reportedly lost control while passing the Devarakolli Falls area.

The vehicle, which was transporting juice bottles from Madikeri to Sullia, toppled onto the road when the driver lost control near the falls. Soon after the mishap, the lorry caught fire, and firefighters from Madikeri rushed to the spot to extinguish the flames.

The driver escaped unharmed.
