Sullia: Bike rider dies in head-on collision with mini truck

Sullia, Oct 11, 2025: A tragic road accident occurred at Nagapattana in Sullia city when a Dost vehicle collided head-on with a Bullet bike, resulting in the death of the bike rider.

The deceased has been identified as Pradeep (40), a farmer from Moolehithlu, Kallapalli, Kerala. The Bullet bike was traveling from Sullia towards Kallapalli when it collided with the Dost vehicle coming from the opposite direction near the Nagapattana bridge on the Sullia-Aletty road.

Pradeep sustained severe injuries and was rushed to a hospital in Sullia by ambulance, but he succumbed to his injuries before receiving treatment.

Sullia police have registered a case and are investigating the incident. The deceased is survived by his mother, wife, and daughter.
