Stone pelted at shops in Natekal; Two arrested

Mangaluru, Jan 08, 2018 : Miscreants pelted stones at shops in Natekal , near Ullal, early Monday morning. Police have arrested two persons in connection with the incident.

 

The arrested are identified as Jayaraj and Nithin. Both are said to be the residents of Sullia.

Sources said that bike borne miscreants pelted stones at some shops loacted in Natekal area this morning.  Consequently, the  glass windows are shattered.When they tried to pelt stone at  mosque the police patrolling in the region rushed to the spot , but the accused fled away leaving their bike. Police have seized a bike that allegedly belongs to the accused. The duo were arrested with the help of the CCTV camera installed at a nearby shop.

Konaje police are investigating the case.
